Public Status Page
status.printago.io shows live status for every Printago service, 90 days of uptime history, and current response times. It runs outside the platform it reports on, so it stays up when Printago does not.
status.printago.io answers the question you actually have when something is wrong: is it Printago, or is it me? No login, and it is public, so you can send it to anyone.
The API, the Dashboard, Realtime Services, Fuse and the LAN gateway, the docs, the developer portal, and the marketing site each get their own row, checked once a minute. Every row shows current status, its median and 95th percentile response time over the past hour, and a 90-day uptime bar you can hover for any day's exact uptime and the incidents that touched it. Click a day to see its response times hour by hour, so "it felt slow on Tuesday afternoon" becomes something you can check.
Incidents post themselves as soon as the checks see a problem, update as we work through it, and clear when the checks come back, so the page is right even at 3am. Scheduled maintenance is posted ahead of time, and the incident history goes back by month.
Most importantly, the status page does not run on the infrastructure it reports on. It never calls the Printago API, so an outage cannot take down the page that is supposed to tell you about it.
