Updated Terms of Service
We've updated our Terms of Service, effective August 12, 2026. Here's a plain-language summary of what changed.
We've updated the Printago Terms of Service, effective August 12, 2026. Nothing changes about how you use Printago day to day, and nothing changes about your content: your models, files, and designs remain yours.
Here's a plain-language summary of what's new:
Clearer license and use terms
The Terms now spell out the license you receive to use Printago for running your own 3D printing operations, along with a clearer list of what isn't allowed, such as copying the Service, reverse engineering it, or using it to build a competing product.
Ownership
A new section describes Printago's ownership of the Service itself (the software, designs, and documentation), and confirms that open-source components remain under their own licenses.
Dispute resolution
Disputes are now resolved through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, with carve-outs for small claims court and intellectual property claims. The updated Terms also include class action and jury trial waivers.
Legal notices
The Terms now list Printago's contact details for legal notices, including legal@printago.io.
By continuing to use Printago after the effective date, you're agreeing to the updated Terms. If you have questions, reach out at legal@printago.io or find us on Discord.
