WooCommerce orders print themselves

Sell on your own WordPress store and let Printago pick up the orders. Connect a WooCommerce store and paid orders flow in within seconds of checkout, matched to your SKUs and, if you turn on auto-print, queued for your printers without you touching them.

Connecting takes one approval on your own site. Enter your store's address, approve Printago on the WooCommerce screen that opens, and you're done. Printago never sees your WordPress password. If your host blocks that screen, paste a pair of REST API keys instead.

Simple and variable products both match by SKU, so a product sold in several colors or materials lands on the right Printago SKU with its options intact. Options that don't change what gets printed, like gift wrap, go in Ignored variant names, the same setting you already use for Etsy and Shopify.

Orders stay in step with the store after they arrive. Cancel or refund one in WooCommerce and it's cancelled in Printago. Mark one completed and Printago closes it too, if you want it to. Some WordPress hosts delay or drop notifications, so a backup check runs every 3 hours, and Sync Orders checks right now whenever you ask. The Connection tab shows when your store last reached Printago, so a quiet link is easy to spot.

Connect as many WooCommerce stores as you run. Each one appears in the orders list's Shop column and filter beside your Etsy, Shopify and eBay shops.

You'll need https, WooCommerce 3.5 or newer, and permalinks set to anything other than "Plain". Open Marketplace, find WooCommerce, and click Activate to get started. See the WooCommerce integration guide.
