External IP Cameras & Slot Selection

Stream any RTSP or RTSPS IP camera, choose how AMS and CFS slots get picked, and tell FabMatic which printer errors to ignore.

You can now bring your own cameras. Point Printago at any IP camera that speaks RTSP or RTSPS and it streams live, posts dashboard snapshots, and records timelapses right alongside a printer's built-in camera.

External IP Cameras

  • Attach any external IP camera to a printer. From the printer's Hardware section, add a camera with an RTSP or RTSPS stream URL (an overhead webcam, a shop security cam, a Raspberry Pi camera server) and it streams live, posts dashboard snapshots, and records timelapses through Fuse exactly like a built-in camera.
  • A printer can run several cameras at once, and you choose which one is primary (the feed that drives the live tile, snapshots, and timelapses) right from its camera card, including switching the dashboard back to the built-in camera.

Slot Selection

  • New AMS slot selection setting (Settings → Account → General) controls how a slot is picked when the same material is loaded in more than one: lowest slot first (default), highest slot first, most-empty spool first (to use up nearly-empty spools), or most-full spool first. This also fixes jobs always landing in the same slot, which previously relied on an unset ordering field.

Continuous Printing

  • New FabMatic setting to ignore specific printer error codes (Settings → Account → General). List error or print-error codes that shouldn't stop the queue, each with an optional note. Codes match regardless of formatting, and recognized codes show their description inline. Health warnings never stop FabMatic, so they aren't part of the list.

Slicing

  • Added Bambu Studio 2.7.1 as a slicing engine.
