Shippo Orders

The stores you ship with Shippo, in your print queue

If Shippo is where you buy labels, it already collects your orders from Amazon, Squarespace, BigCommerce and the rest, but none of them reached Printago, so each one was keyed in by hand. Connect Shippo and orders from every store in the account import on their own, matched to your SKUs and, with auto-print on, queued for your printers. Adding a sales channel in Shippo no longer means more order entry in Printago.

Paste your API key from Settings → Advanced → API in Shippo, click Test connection, and choose which channels to import. A channel you already connect to Printago directly, like your Etsy shop, is flagged so its orders don't arrive twice.

Printago checks Shippo every 15 minutes, and Import now checks straight away. Buy the label in Shippo and the order closes in Printago; an order cancelled or refunded in Shippo is cancelled. Shippo sends variants as plain text, so per-variant codes like KEYCHAIN-TL resolve through SKU suffixes. Printago only reads from Shippo; you keep buying labels there as you do today.
