TikTok Shop Orders

A video takes off, and the orders print themselves

When a product catches on in a TikTok video, the orders arrive faster than anyone can retype them, and every one had to be copied into Printago by hand before it could print. Connect your TikTok Shop and orders import on their own as soon as they're ready to ship, matched to your SKUs and, with auto-print on, queued for your printers. A spike in sales becomes a full print queue, not a night of order entry, so TikTok can be a second sales channel without a second person to run it.

Open TikTok Shop in Printago, click Connect TikTok Shop, and approve Printago in your TikTok Shop seller account. Printago never sees your TikTok password. Printago is also listed in TikTok Shop's own app marketplace: see the listing (sign in with your seller account to view it). Sell from more than one shop and you can connect each of them, then switch between them with the shop picker.

Each item matches on the seller SKU you set on the product variation, either exactly or through SKU suffixes like WIDGET-001-RED-LG. TikTok sends the buyer's choice as a single description rather than separate options, so give every variation its own seller SKU.

Orders import once TikTok marks them Awaiting shipment, so nothing prints while the buyer can still cancel for free. TikTok tells Printago as each order changes, and a check every 3 hours catches anything a notification missed. A cancellation in TikTok Shop cancels the order in Printago, and orders close when they ship, when they're delivered, or when you close them, whichever you choose. Sync Orders pulls in up to 90 days of past orders.

TikTok Shop is available to sellers in the US. It's a free add-on: open Marketplace, find TikTok Shop, click More info, then Activate. See the TikTok Shop integration guide.
