How to Download PrusaSlicer (Free, All Platforms)

Download PrusaSlicer from the official Prusa site (prusa3d.com/prusaslicer) or from GitHub releases. It is free and open source, with builds for Windows, macOS, and Linux, and it works with any FDM printer, not only Prusa machines. Stick to those two official sources and skip third-party aggregators, which sometimes serve stale or bundled installers.

After you install

On first launch, the configuration wizard asks which printer and filaments you use. PrusaSlicer ships first-party profiles for Prusa machines and bundled profiles for many others; pick yours or add a custom profile. If a setting a guide references is missing, switch the mode toggle in the top-right corner from Simple to Advanced or Expert, which reveals the full option set.
