The Prusa CORE One HF is the same enclosed CoreXY printer as the CORE One, distinguished by shipping with a CHT (Core Heating Technology) high-flow 0.4 mm brass nozzle as standard rather than a conventional nozzle. The CHT nozzle splits the filament melt path into multiple channels to increase throughput, allowing higher volumetric flow rates at the same temperature. Build volume, kinematics, chamber heating, and all other specifications are identical to the base CORE One, making this variant a fit for users who prioritize maximum print speed and flow rate.

Pros

  • Higher volumetric flow rate than a standard nozzle at equivalent temperatures
  • Same enclosed CoreXY platform, 55 °C active chamber, and Nextruder calibration as the CORE One
  • Quick-swap nozzle system allows easy switching to other sizes (0.25 to 0.8 mm)

Cons

  • CHT nozzles can be harder to clear if they clog than single-channel nozzles
  • High-flow advantage is reduced for slow-printing materials or small, detail-heavy prints
