How the TikTok Shop integration works

Authorize Printago
Click Connect TikTok Shop, sign in with your seller account and approve. Printago never sees your TikTok password.
Give each variation a seller SKU
Printago matches on the seller SKU of the product variation, exactly or through SKU suffixes such as WIDGET-001-RED-LG.
Orders import when ready to ship
Orders arrive once TikTok marks them Awaiting shipment. With auto-print on, they go straight to the queue.
Timing
Nothing prints while the buyer can still cancel for free
TikTok holds new orders through a free-cancellation window. Printago waits for it: an order imports when TikTok moves it to Awaiting shipment, so filament only goes into orders that are staying. After that TikTok tells Printago as the order changes.
Ready to ship, then import
Unpaid and On hold orders wait. They import as soon as TikTok marks them Awaiting shipment.
Cancellations follow
An order cancelled in TikTok Shop is cancelled in Printago, along with its items.
A 3-hour backup
Every connected shop is checked every 3 hours in case a notification was missed.
Close how you like
When the order ships, when it is delivered, or only when you close it.
TikTok specifics
Matching runs on the seller SKU
TikTok sends the buyer’s choice as one description, not separate option names and values. Printago keeps that description on the order item as Variation for reference and matches on the seller SKU, so give every variation its own.
More than one shop
Connect each shop you sell from and switch between them with the shop picker.
Backfill up to 90 days
Sync Orders pulls in past orders by age and status. Orders already in Printago are skipped.
How do TikTok Shop orders get into Printago?
You connect your TikTok Shop shop once. From then on TikTok Shop tells Printago about each order, and Printago matches it to your SKUs and adds it to the same Orders page as your other channels.

What it lets you take on
A spike in sales becomes a full print queue
The limit on a viral product is how fast orders reach printers. With orders importing and queueing on their own, a busy week on TikTok fills the farm instead of a night of order entry, and TikTok Shop can be a second sales channel without a second person to run it.
Good to know before you connect
- TikTok only lets US shops authorize Printago, so a shop in another country cannot connect yet.
- TikTok does not send option names and values separately, so each variation needs its own seller SKU.
- A manual sync with auto-print on queues every order it imports. Turn auto-print off first when you are only backfilling history.
