The Bambu Lab H2D is a large-format, dual-nozzle CoreXY desktop printer with a 350 × 320 × 325 mm build volume, the largest Bambu Lab has shipped in a desktop form factor as of its release. Both nozzles reach 350 °C, and an actively heated chamber maintains up to 65 °C, enabling reliable printing of engineering materials including PC, PA, ABS, ASA, PPS-CF, and PPA-CF. The dual-nozzle system allows simultaneous use of two materials (for example, build material plus soluble support) without full print-head swaps, reducing purge cycles. Optional 10 W and 40 W laser modules let the same machine perform laser engraving and cutting. It targets prosumers, small studios, and engineers who need large parts in engineering-grade materials with multi-material capability.

Pros

  • 350 × 320 × 325 mm build volume, Bambu Lab's largest desktop footprint
  • Dual 350 °C nozzles with 65 °C active chamber heating for engineering-grade filaments
  • Dual-nozzle design reduces purge waste compared to AMS-only multi-material setups
  • Optional 10 W / 40 W laser module for engraving and cutting in the same machine

Cons

  • Large and heavy form factor relative to X1-series printers
  • Higher starting price than single-nozzle alternatives
  • Multi-color printing beyond 2 materials still requires AMS and produces some purge waste
